During these first five days, with Michael Carroll, you will learn the Core Skills of NLP to give you a solid working base for Part Two and Three. The skills you will learn can be applied in all walks of life where communication excellence, peak performance, rapport, goal setting and personal change are invaluable assets.

 

Foundation knowledge forms the base for any learning endeavour and paves the way for excellence at the more advanced levels. This module is designed to give you a solid NLP base required for mastering the specialist NLP coaching and New Code NLP skills you will learn in module two.

 

The learnings from module one have a lifelong application for use across different areas ranging from family communication, to business influence and life leadership. NLP is often referred to as the study of excellence, and this module goes to the core of that principle offering you a unique opportunity to address what has held you back previously and reach for excellence across all life areas.

• Acute observation and pattern detection skills building visual and auditory awareness to calibrate the subtleties in body language and tonal shifts in clients

After Part One, you will have a precise skill set for enhanced business and personal relationships, tools for linguistic excellence for engagement and influence and strategies to coach yourself and others from limiting mindsets to mental maps which are more constructive.

In Part Two, John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll will impart to the class an extraordinary set of coaching processes and systems to provide participants with real world coaching tools, to take home to their communities as Change Agents.

 

New Code NLP came about in the post Grinder / Bandler years to provide a radical framework for a more efficient form of NLP targeted at coaching excellence.

 

New Code NLP is constantly developing and, in this course, for the first time ever John Grinder will be delivering his latest work, an advanced set of New Code coaching patterns John developed in his own coaching client sessions. In recent years John’s main focus has been on coaching clients and creating new systems, his latest work is known as ‘Emergent New Code NLP’ John is excited to be sharing his latest work with the attendees and even more excited to hear how the graduates apply what the learn in the course with their own clients.

 

The course will also comprehensively cover the original New Code NLP coaching tools that are traditionally included in a Grinder, Bostic and Carroll New Code NLP Coaching Module, providing the new Coaches with an extensive and up to date set of New Code NLP Patterns for Change.

The New Code NLP skills offered on this course can be applied across different professional capacities for improved performance. Business people, educators, retailers, community workers and change agents all will gain invaluable skills from this course as will anyone whose life activities involve engaging people for higher levels of accomplishment.

International NLP Coaching Certification, is an additional option for those learners who seek accreditation as an International NLP Coach through the NLP Academy. This evaluation takes place 4- 12 weeks after the course. The coach arranges a live client session in his/her own place of work and conducts the coaching session following the coaching assessment criteria.

 

The session will be between 45 minutes and one hour and observed by an NLP Academy evaluator. After the session the coach will receive video feedback in his or her performance and if the evaluation is successful will be awarded certification as an International NLP Coach.

 

International NLP Coach Evaluation takes place 4 – 12 weeks after the course and is assessed privately by an NLP Academy evaluator.
