NLP ReImprinting – Michael Carroll
June 18, 2024Ornithologist, Konrad Lorenz, was known for his research into how greylag geese sense of movement in their immediate proximity in the hours after hatching, determines what or whom the gosling will bond with as its mother, this became known as imprinting. Harvard Professor of psychology, Timothy Leary adapted the above research to human developmetal periods in childhood, where through intense or receptive life experiences, imprints on the child’s psychology are formed which in turn shape attitudes, beliefs, values and which can be carried through to adulthood. The difference in human imprinting and animal imprinting, is that in humans we can change the imprint with tools from NLP, hypnosis and other systems, and you can see how in this video. ReImprinting as presented in this video was originally brought to NLP by Robert Dilts
