Grinder makes distinct the difference in specific targeting, a feature in Emergent New Code NLP and how in Original New Code NLP – the context is the target for the unconscious resources, using optimised state to access the resources. With Emergent New Code NLP, ‘The Archives’ are applied as a metaphor for accessing different assets within tacit knowledge, and then packaging the assets by trial and error verified through the unconscious signal until the target is satisfied.
