The Evolution of Neuro Linguistic Programming – Michael Carroll

In this podcast the legendary hypnotherapist, Matthew Shears talks to NLP Academy Founder Michael Carroll about the Evolution of NLP,. What a journey NLP has come on since its early Californian days in the 1970s. Michael talks about the modelling projects which built Classic Code NLP, and how after the Grinder- Bandler split, John Grinder formed a unique partnership with Carmen Bostic St Clair to create New Code NLP which formed a finely tuned set of patterns to take NLP to another level.

And it keeps evolving, since 2020 John Grinder, has primarily focussed on coaching work and developed a complete set of new patterns to create deep change in clients. These specialist patterns were tested and formalised in 2022 at the seminar New Code NLP for Extraordinary Coaching where John worked exclusively with clients who had medical challenges. The results were indeed extraordinary, John calls this new work ‘Emergent New Code NLP’ and for the first time ever he will be sharing the formats at an NLP Practitioner Training.
